I’m sure one of the things most of us either thinks or says about crime is
that ‘there is too much of it’. Well this is an opportunity for you to get
involved in helping people coming out of prison as well as being part of a
group of people who are involved in seeing the level of crime being reduced.
We work with people of faith or no faith.
Faith communities, Probation, HMP, and other agencies who recognise the importance of this valuable role, support us.
Do you think you could give some time to this?

Hello Pamela…we have employment opportunities for women ex-offenders in the Stockport area through the Future Jobs Fund, with support provided through Community Chaplaincy. Do you have any women ex-offenders who’d be interested?

I manage a project providing supported housing for ex-offenders in the Trafford area. I believe we could be of assistance.
We offer temporary good quality accommodation and one-to-one support to enable clients to manage a tenancy independently after they leave us. We are funded by Supporting People and rents are fully eligible for Housing Benefit. It may be that some of your clients leaving prison to unstable accommodation may find our service useful.
