I have volunteered at GMCC as an advice worker for 18 months and started full time paid employment through EXCELL at the beginning of November. I love working at GMCC and being paid for my job is a bonus. I have witnessed the changes in peoples lives and hopefully we will continue to see progress.

I am an advice and guidance worker at GMCC. I assisit ex-offenders in finding suitable accomodation in the Greater Manchester region. I have clients awaiting a response from the Rent Wise scheme. However, I would be grateful if you contact me either via email or by phone to discuss the possibilty of referring some of our clients to your organisation.

I manage a project providing supported housing for ex-offenders in the Trafford area. I believe we could be of assistance.
We offer temporary good quality accommodation and one-to-one support to enable clients to manage a tenancy independently after they leave us. We are funded by Supporting People and rents are fully eligible for Housing Benefit. It may be that some of your clients leaving prison to unstable accommodation may find our service useful.

Read your Article and found it interesting; Commmunity Chapaincy started here in Canada by an Instit. Chaplain(Prison), Rev. Pierre Allard Ph.D–I was fortunate, with his help, to start Chaplaincy here in 1992–today, we have Volunteers, an Asst.
